Delay in payment will delay processing of your pre-press proof and/or your print job. Pre-press proofs are available only after deposit or full payment has been processed.


Pre-press proofs will be provided upon request. A Proof must be reviewed and returned within twenty four (24) hours in order for printing requests to be completed on schedule. If corrections are made and revised proofs are desired, request must be made when proofs are returned. Robust Graphix cannot be held responsible for errors under the following conditions: If the work is printed per customer's OK; if changes are communicated verbally; or if customer has instructed Robust Graphix to proceed without returning proofs. 954-302-3045

Due to the nature of Gang Run printing, we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.
